Licensing

Loud Room offers Commercial and Trial licenses. The Commercial license covers up to 5 people, wherever you use the fonts in personal, non-profit, or commercial work. The Trial license is intended for evaluation purposes in mockups and non-commercial student work.

Loud Room Commercial License

Version 2.0 – October 28, 2026

This End User License Agreement is a contract between Loud Room LLC (Loud Room) and the Licensee (you, or your client). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the fonts, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Coverage: This license is for up to 5 people. Larger organizations will need a custom license, email shop@loudroom.com to inquire.
  2. License period: Once paid, you can use the font files in perpetuity. You may not transfer the license to another person or company without the written permission of Loud Room.
  3. Usage: The fonts are licensed for personal and commercial work. Install the fonts on any number of devices for up to 5 people. Fonts may be used wherever you need them: print, docs, logos, social media, video, packaging, merchandise, websites, apps, games, and ebooks.
  4. Sharing: You may only share the files with collaborators (designers, developers, printers, etc.) on your project. Include a copy of this license with the fonts, and they must delete the files when the job ends. Don’t upload the font files to public repositories or products that let other people make their own designs.
  5. Modifications: Outlining and modifying the fonts is okay, but do not redistribute modified files.
  6. No AI: Don't use the fonts to train or improve AI, LLM, and machine learning systems.
  7. Use at your own risk: Fonts are provided as is, without warranty. Loud Room is not responsible for any damages caused by using the fonts.
  8. Unlicensed use: If the fonts are used outside of these terms, Loud Room may charge for a custom license covering that use, and may end this license.
  9. Fine print: This license is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing by Loud Room.

Loud Room Trial License

  2. License period: The trial license does not expire.
  3. Usage: Install the trial fonts on any number of devices. Trial fonts are to be used for testing and evaluation only: sketches, mockups, client pitches, non-commercial student work, and websites or apps in private development. Anything work published or sold requires a Commercial License.
  4. Sharing: You may only share the files with collaborators (designers, developers, printers, etc.) on your project. Include a copy of this license with the fonts. Don’t upload the font files to public repositories or products that let other people make their own designs.
  5. Modifications: Outlining and modifying the trial fonts is okay, but do not redistribute modified files.
